New vendors invited to sign up for Ladies Night

Interested in showing off your holiday wares to the community during the biggest shopping night of Sundance’s year? Ladies Night is set for November 26 this year and applications will be opening at the end of this week for new vendors who would like to reserve their spot.

If you have never taken part before, the Sundance Chamber of Commerce invites you to make contact via [email protected] to be placed on the list.

The Ladies Night Block Party for 2022 is the annual local opportunity to look for holiday gifts, festive décor or a little personal treat to descend on the downtown area to take advantage of a curated opportunity to sample wares from local creators and vendors.

In past years, vendors offering everything from barbecue sauce and gifts to jewelry and books have congregated within Sundance’s downtown businesses. A glass of wine in hand, shoppers have made their way from station to station, making the most of the merriest of seasons.

On the night itself, vendor check-in will take place between 3 and 5 p.m. at the Sundance State Bank Meeting Room, at which time you will be given your location. Some vendors will need to bring their own table, which you will be told about a week before the event.

Not all spaces will be the same, due to their being located inside various businesses around town. However, the chamber will do its best to accommodate the space you need.

Vendor reservations have been open to last year’s vendors until now, says Jamie Jessen of the chamber. Applications are now being opened to those who have not taken part before and names will be taken until the available spaces are all filled.

For those excited to get their hands on the annual commemorative wine glass, tickets will go on sale November 1 at Wild West Espresso and Serendipity Floral. Mark your calendar for November 26 from 5 to 8 p.m., with shoppers asked to check in at the Sundance State Bank Meeting Room before making their way to the multiple businesses that will be taking part.
