TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF VICTOR J. GERBER AND BEVERLY A. GERBER

and,

TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN INDIVIDUALS CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE UPTON HAUL ROAD, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

Reed Sandness has filed a Complaint against you in the above-entitled action in the District Court of Crook County, Wyoming, Sixth Judicial District and has alleged the following:

1. Plaintiff has filed suit against you requesting that title to the following property be quieted in the name of the Plaintiff, to wit:

Township 49 North of Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 33: NE¼SW¼

2. Plaintiff claims ownership of said property and seeks to have title quieted solely in the Plaintiff’s name.

3. Plaintiff has also requested that the District Court declare the Plaintiff’s ownership in the foregoing described property to be superior to all others claiming an interest in such property.

4. The addresses of the foregoing named defendants are not known.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that if you fail to answer or otherwise defend the action within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice, a judgment by default may be entered against you.
