This Week at Your Library

The library will be closed on Mon., May 30, in observance of Memorial Day. We are still doing curbside and in-town delivery if you would prefer not to come inside. We have numerous magazines available for a two-week checkout. THE MAGNOLIA JOURNAL is a quarterly magazine by Chip and Joanna Gaines containing inspiration for life and home. Useful as a resource and a guide to living well, it contains stories, recipes, tips and useful information.

Displays: Merle Lossing’s seashells and Joan Christianson’s Campbell Soup Kids. If you have a collection you would like to share with Sundance, please let us know! We have two locking cases that we would love to put your collection in for a month or so!

Library Programming: STORYTIME Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. May’s themes: “In the Garden”, “Bugs, Bugs, Bugs” and “Play to Learn Stations”. The last regular Storytime will be May 18. “OCEANS OF POSSIBILITIES!” SUMMER READING PROGRAM kickoff Mon., June 6, at 1 p.m. Stop by the library to pick up a packet and make a cool craft! SUNDANCE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY meeting Tues., May 3, at 11 a.m. FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE LUNCHEON, Thurs., May 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Friends host this free luncheon every year to thank the community for all the support given to the library over the past year. Come enjoy great food, great company, browse around the library, and maybe join the Sundance Friends of the Library!

Wyoming author Dennis Davis will be at the Library on Fri., May 20, at 7 p.m. to talk about his book WYOMING: PERSPECTIVES ON A “SMALL TOWN WITH LONG STREETS”.
