Man charged for throwing urine at detention officer

A man who allegedly threw urine at a detention deputy while incarcerated at the Crook County Detention Center faces a felony charge of aggravated assault.

On April 16, the detention deputy reports that his first interaction of the day with inmate Mark Noles was at around 10:30 a.m. At that time, the deputy asked Noles to allow him to take his fingerprints, which he at first declined.
