The Town Council met this day at 5:30 pm to hold a special meeting with the following agenda items:

Public Hearing for the transfer and new liquor licenses:

Amy Goodson, dba: Cowgirl Pizza transfer restaurant liquor license to AM Pizza Co

Located at 1620 E. Cleveland St.

Uncle Louie’s Diner, Inc.-New Bar and Grill Liquor License application

Located at 203 E. Cleveland St.

Mayor Brooks along with Council members Hilty, Wilson, Marchant, Public Works Director Mac Erickson and Clerk Treasurer Kathy Lenz were in attendance. Council member Stevenson was absent. Members of the public present: Mark Hughes, Amanda Miller and Trevor Keyworth.

Mayor Brooks opened the first public hearing for Cowgirl Pizza at 6:00 pm for comments from the public. Hearing no comments- COUNCIL MEMBER HILTY MOVED, COUNCIL MEMBER MARCHANT SECONDED a motion to transfer liquor license issued to Amy Goodson dba Cowgirl Pizza to AM Pizza Co. All ayes, MOTION CARRIED.

Mayor Brooks opened the second public hearing for Uncle Louie’s Diner, Inc. at 6:15 pm for comments from the public. Hearing no comments-COUNCIL MEMBER MARCHANT MOVED, COUNCIL MEMBER WILSON SECONDED a motion to award a new Bar and Grill License to Uncle Louie’s Diner, Inc. dba Uncle Louie’s Diner. All ayes, MOTION CARRIED.

There being no additional business before the council Mayor Brooks adjourned the special meeting at 6:18 p.m.
