7:00 p.m. Present were Chairman Morgan Ellsbury, Member Dustin Buckmiller, Member Terry Wilkerson and Member Mary Yemington. Vice-Chairman Cody Galloway was absent.

Chairman Morgan Ellsbury asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Dustin Buckmiller moved to adopt the agenda; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.
