NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR QUIET TITLE

IN THE DISTRICT COURT, SIXTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT, IN AND FOR CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING, Docket No. 8820, DOUGLAS D. SMITH and LARRY S. SMITH JR., ((Plaintiffs)), vs. GAYLE A. FERDERER, KASEY FLYNN a.k.a. PAMELA SUE FLYNN, DONALD L. FERDERER, Deceased, FRANK E. HOOPES, Deceased, MADALYN M. HOOPES, Deceased, and all unknown heirs at law, devisees, successors, personal representatives, assigns who are, or may be, deceased, and any and all unknown claimants and other persons who claim or may claim any interest in the subject matter of this action, ((Defendants)), NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR QUIET TITLE TO: Frank E. Hoopes and Madalyn M. Hoopes, as well as Frank E. and Madalyn M. Hoopes’ unknown heirs at law, devisees, successors, personal representatives, assigns, and any and all unknown claimants and other persons who claim or may claim an interest in this action. You, and each of you, are hereby notified that on September 13, 2021 Plaintiffs commenced an action against you by filing a Complaint in the District Court of Crook County, Wyoming. The object and prayer of the Complaint filed in said action is to determine any and all adverse claims of you, as Defendants, and by a decree of said court to exclude you, as Defendants, from any interests, actual or contingent, in certain real property situate in the County of Crook, Town of Sundance, State of Wyoming, described as: A parcel of land located in NE1/4SW1/4 Section 20, Township 50 North, Range 62 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming commonly referred to as 313 Banks Road. Plaintiffs allege they are entitled to quiet title and peaceable enjoyment of the above-described real property for the reasons set out in Plaintiffs’ Complaint. You are further notified that you, and each of you, are required to answer the Complaint within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication hereof to the District Court in and for Crook County, Wyoming, and that judgment by default may be rendered against you if you fail to answer or appear.
