Roping Club barbecue and queen contest Sept. 26

The Hulett Roping Club will be hosting their annual barbecue, queen contest and playday Sun., Sept. 26 at the Hulett Recreation Grounds. The barbecue will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with steak, beans, chips, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee. Please bring your own table service.

The annual meeting and election of officers will be held at 1:30 p.m. The queen contest for young ladies will be held for ages 12-21 years of age following the meeting.

Playday will follow the queen contest. There will be barrels, poles and cattle riding if there is any interest.
