NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING

BY THE CROOK COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD

TO REVISE LIBRARY-USE POLICIES

On Thursday, November 4, 2021, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., the Crook County Library Board will hold a public hearing at the Moorcroft Branch Library, Moorcroft, Wyoming, so that all interested parties may present written or oral comments of the proposed revisions to the Library-Use Policies.  After the public hearing, the Board shall take the matter under advisement to consider comments, may set an additional public hearing, may modify the proposed Library-Use Policies based upon public comment and /or may then vote to approve and adopt the proposed revisions.  Reasonable accommodations will be provided for any person having a disability, who may wish to participate in this hearing, if they provide reasonable notice to the Crook County Librarian of their disability and the accommodations requested.  The proposed Library-Use Policies are available at any County Library, by writing or emailing the County Library, and are also available online at: http://www.crookcountylibrary.org. Written comments may be mailed to the County Librarian prior to the hearing at PO Box 910, Sundance, WY 82729 OR emailed to [email protected] OR dropped off at the library in Sundance, Moorcroft, or Hulett.
