While attempting to hasten a fire in the stove with coal oil, Mrs. Charles Barrett, Thronton, Wyo, was seriously injured as a result of the explosion of the can containing the oil. Mrs. Barrett escaped being burned to death by jumping into a barrel of water.
Dismantling the Sundance flour mill has been going on for a few days past, and numerous parts of the machinery will be hauled to Newcastle and Beulah.
