Hulett Chamber of Commerce

The Hulett Chamber of Commerce met on March 4, 2021 at 5 p.m. at the Hitchin Post. Present were Catharine Cardarelli, Connie Hippen, Melissa Bears, Cindee Vitto, Kim Somervold, Craig Goodell, Lily Altaffer, Bill Motley and Bunny Engberg. and Mr. and Mrs. Dave Friece.

Jen Womack discussed the visitor’s guide and when they would be printed. March 11 will be the deadline to submit information.

Website: Motion was made to hire Waves Webdesign to do the Chamber Website for around $5,500. Motion to hire this business Melissa motion, Craig seconded, motion carried.

Chamber was reminded that Hulett has about $15,693.64 in promotion board money.

Bill Motley talked to the Chamber about a street dance during rodeo. The Rec Board will be sponsoring it and will be collecting sponsorships.

The designs for the t-shirts are complete and Tina is ready to print. The group talked about sizes and colors. 300 will be ordered.

The Chamber would like to advertise all the events during Rodeo on one poster. It would help all the events so people would know what was going on in the town.

Hulett bucks will be discussed at the next meeting.

Next meeting will be April 13th at 5 p.m.
