Richard Lee Phillips, 77, of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, was called home by our heavenly father on Sunday, February 14, 2021. He passed away peacefully at Spearfish Monument Hospital after a fire in his home.

Richard was born August 24, 1943, in Oxford, Nebraska, to Paul and Phillis (Nicholson) Phillips. He attended Manual High School in Denver, Colorado. He spent most of his life in Commerce City, Colorado, where he held various jobs and positions.
