COVID-19 Daily Update - February 2

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 15 since yesterday and now stand at 44,469. Probable cases have decreased by 56 to 7659.

Crook County has had a total of 380 confirmed cases and 34 probables. Of those cases, 6 confirmed and 2 probable are currently active.

The Department of Health reported the deaths of an additional 28 Wyoming residents who died as a result of the coronavirus. A total of 624 have now died in Wyoming due to the virus. Crook County has recorded 10 deaths.

A total of 43,039 confirmed and 7392 probable cases have recovered.

"Data adjustments" in the number of laboratory confirmed cases were made in a number of counties: Campbell, Converse, Fremont, Johnson, Niobrara and Sheridan counties showed a decrease of one case each; Laramie and Platte counties showed a decrease of two cases each; and Sublette County's number of confirmed cases decreased by four. Albany, Carbon, Crook, Goshen, Hot Springs and Park counties all reported no new cases.

The greatest increase in confirmed cases during this reporting period was in Uinta County, with eight new cases; Lincoln County had six; Sweetwater County had five; Teton County had four; Big Horn and Weston counties had two each; Natrona and Washakie counties each had one new case.

The number of active coronavirus cases in the state was 1073, a decrease of 71 cases from yesterday's 1144.
