COVID-19 Daily Update - January 19

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 123 since yesterday and now stand at 42,638. Probable cases have increased by 91 to 7284.

Crook County has had a total of 371 confirmed cases and 31 probables after 2 new confirmed cases were added today. Of those cases, 6 confirmed and 1 probable are currently active.

550 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming after 28 new deaths were announced today. Crook County has recorded 9 deaths.

A total of 40,732 confirmed and 6851 probable cases have recovered.

The highest increase in cases took place in Natrona County, which reported 20; Sweetwater County had 17; Fremont, Laramie and Teton counties all reported an increase of 16 cases; Albany and Lincoln counties had 10 new cases each; Campbell County had eight; Park County had seven; Uinta County had six; Johnson County had five; Crook County had two more; and Converse, Goshen, Hot Springs, Platte and Washakie counties each reported one new case.

Big Horn, Niobrara, Sheridan and Weston counties had no new cases. The Health Department reported a decrease of one case in Carbon County and a decrease of 14 cases in Sublette County.

The number of active coronavirus cases in the state was 1789, a decrease of 489 cases from yesterday's 2278.
