COVID-19 Daily Update - January 18

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 342 since yesterday and now stand at 42,515. Probable cases have increased by 3 to 7193.

Crook County has had a total of 369 confirmed cases and 31 probables after 1 new confirmed case was added today. Of those cases, 6 confirmed and 2 probable are currently active.

522 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming. Crook County has now recorded 9 deaths.

A total of 40,219 confirmed and 6689 probable cases have recovered.

The highest number of new confirmed cases was reported in Teton County, 69. Natrona County had 66 new cases; Laramie had 40; Park had 28; Sweetwater County reported 22; Uinta had 20; Campbell reported 16; Sheridan saw 15 new cases; Hot Springs County had 14 new cases; Albany and Fremont counties saw 13 new cases; Carbon recorded seven; Lincoln County reported five new cases; Goshen and Washakie had four; Platte reported three; and Big Horn, Crook and Johnson had one.

The number of active coronavirus cases in the state was 2278, an increase of 257 cases over Sunday's 2021.
