Assessor's Office mails personal property renditions

Crook County Assessor Theresa Curren would like all businesses and agricultural producers to know that personal property renditions were mailed on December 31, 2020. This is your chance to make any changes to your personal property account, such as equipment that has been sold, purchased or is not working.

If you are no longer in business, please call us or write “out of business” and the last day you were in business on the rendition and return it.

If you do not receive a rendition in the mail, then we do not have the business information needed for the tax roll. If you are a new business in Crook County and do not receive a rendition, please contact our office at 307-283-2054 for information on reporting requirements.

All personal property renditions are due March 1, 2021.

Curren would also like to remind veterans and veteran widows that they are welcome to stop by the office to sign for their 2021 tax exemption. If any veteran or veteran widow would like more information on this tax benefit, please call 307-283-2054.
