COVID-19 Daily Update - January 4

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 302 since yesterday and now stand at 38,742. Probable cases have increased by 70 to 6505.

Crook County has had a total of 358 confirmed cases and 30 probables. Of those cases, 1 confirmed and 1 probable are currently active.

438 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming. Crook County has recorded 7 deaths.

A total of 37,208 confirmed and 6212 probable cases have recovered.

Laramie County had 53 new coronavirus cases on Monday, the highest increase of any county in the state; Teton County had 40; Natrona County had 36; Park County had 33; Sweetwater County had 30; Campbell County had 22; Albany County had 14; Uinta County had 12; Sheridan County had 11; Lincoln County had nine; Fremont County had seven; Big Horn and Hot Springs counties each had six new cases; Converse County and Platte County each had five; Carbon County and Sublette County had four; Johnson and Weston counties had two each; Washakie County had one new case.

The number of active coronavirus cases in Wyoming on Monday was 1389, an increase of 20 over yesterday's 1369.
