COVID-19 Daily Update - November 14

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 483 since yesterday and now stand at 18,726. Probable cases have increased by 57 to 3155.

Crook County has had a total of 202 confirmed cases and 17 probables after 7 new confirmed cases were announced today. Of those cases, 103 confirmed and 5 probable are currently active.

144 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming after 17 new deaths were announced today. 2 of the new deaths were residents of the Crook County nursing home. This brings the total Crook County deaths to 3.

A total of 10,488 confirmed and 1759 probable cases have recovered.

Albany County had an increase of 76 cases; Fremont County saw 60 new cases; Campbell County had 57; Teton County had 48; Laramie County had 43; Natrona County had 35; Sweetwater County had 33; Uinta County had 24. Park County reported 21 new cases; Goshen County had 16; Sheridan County had 14.

The remaining increases in cases per county were single-digit: Sublette County had eight more cases; Carbon and Crook counties each reported seven more; Big Horn County had six more; Platte and Weston counties both reported five new cases; Converse, Lincoln and Niobrara counties had four new cases each; Johnson and Washakie counties reported three new cases each.

The number of active coronavirus cases in Wyoming on Friday was 9490, an increase of 358 over yesterday's 9132.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, five of six are marked as "concerning": the percentage of all tests with a positive result over the last two weeks, new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, total hospital bed availability and total ICU bed availability.

The sixth metric is marked as "stable" (amber level): percentage of cases attributed to community spread.
