Burn restrictions lifted

With the change in weather bringing snow, rain and considerably colder temperatures to the county, there will no longer be restrictions on burning for county residents. A partial burn ban was put in place on July 5 as summer kicked into full swing and the danger of wildfire increased.

With that danger now quickly receding, the Crook County Commissioners moved on Monday afternoon to lift the burn restrictions entirely.
