COVID-19 Daily Update - September 3

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased today by 23 and now stand at 3334. Probable cases have increased by 5 to 605.

Crook County has had a total of 14 confirmed cases. Of those cases, 3 are currently active.

41 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming after 4 new deaths were announced yesterday.

A total of 2789 confirmed and 501 probable cases have recovered.

Big Horn, Hot Springs, Natrona, Sweetwater and Washakie counties each report 1 new case of coronavirus. Albany, Teton and Uinta counties have 2 new cases; Park and Sheridan counties have 3 more cases; Campbell, Fremont and Laramie counties have 4 more cases.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 608, down 13 from 621.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, all metrics are "stable" (amber level), except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
