COVID-19 Daily Update - July 27

According to Monday's update from the Department of Health, Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 43 and now stand at 2072.

Probable cases have increased by 2 to 448. There are currently 17 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Wyoming.

Crook County has had a total of 9 confirmed cases. All have recovered.

25 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

13 counties reported new laboratory-confirmed coronavirus cases: Campbell, Carbon, Fremont, Hot Springs, Laramie, Lincoln, Natrona, Park, Sheridan, Sweetwater, Teton, Uinta and Weston.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 582, up from 569.

Statewide, the department's current figures show that 1568 confirmed cases and 347 probable cases have recovered.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, "Total ICU Bed Availability" has been downgraded from improved to stable (green to amber level). All other metrics are also at this level, except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
