COVID-19 Daily Update - July 26

According to Sunday's update from the Department of Health, Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 21 and now stand at 2029.

Probable cases have increased by 8 to 446. There are currently 14 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Wyoming.

Crook County has a total of 9 confirmed cases. All have recovered.

25 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

Sheridan and Sweetwater counties each report 1 new case of coronavirus. There are 2 new cases in both Laramie and Natrona counties, and 3 new cases in Sublette and Teton counties. Carbon County reports 4 more cases; Fremont County has 5 more cases.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 569, up from 557.

Statewide, the department's current figures show that 1538 confirmed cases and 345 probable cases have recovered.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, "Total ICU Bed Availability" has been downgraded from improved to stable (green to amber level). All other metrics are also at this level, except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
