PRECorp re-opens offices, with restrictions

In response to easing COVID-19 virus pandemic restrictions, Powder River Energy will re-open its office lobbies in Sundance and Gillette with limited hours, beginning Monday, June 1.

The reopening restrictions are intended for the well-being of PRECorp members and employees, and to help ensure the electric cooperative can continue to deliver reliable and safe electric service.

Office lobbies will be open with the following restrictions:

• Lobby hours are 9 a.m. to noon; and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

• PRECorp asks visitors to please do not visit our offices if you are sick.

• No more than three people will be allowed in the lobby at any given time.

• Floor stickers for social distancing will guide visitors where to stand while waiting to be served.

PRECorp Member Service Representatives will remain on duty via telephone from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Call 1-800-442-3630 if your business can be handled over the phone; to make an appointment with a specific employee; or to sign up for the online account management app SmartHub.

Payment drop boxes at PRECorp office locations will remain available.

Members of the public should be aware that PRECorp employees will practice social distancing to reduce the risk of virus spread.
