TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that on the 14th day of February, 2020, the Petition of Baylee Englebert, seeking to be appointed trustee of the estate of the missing person, Chance Englebert, was filed in the above-named Court. The Petition will be heard by the Court in the District courtroom on the 13th day of May, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. Any and all objections to the Petition must be heard by the Court at that time or shall be deemed waived.
