Chairman, Roger Connett called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission November 12, 2019 at 7:05 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Mary Yemington made a motion to adopt the agenda; Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway seconded, the motion which carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any additions or corrections to the October meeting minutes. Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held October 7, 2019 as written; Mary Yemington seconded, the motion which carried.

New Business

Chairman, Roger Connett opened discussion on the comments received from Joe Baron concerning the Minor Subdivision Regulation amendments. Joe Baron and the Commission discussed each comment and made some additional revisions. No action was taken.

Chairman, Roger Connett opened discussion on the information received concerning the State of Wyoming “Moskee” Land Acquisition. Discussion was held between the Commission and Joe Baron. No action was taken.

Adjourned

Vice-Chairman, Mary Yemington made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway seconded, the motion which carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 9:29 p.m.
