The Sundance cross country runners were in Wright this past week, where each race saw two Bulldogs placing in the top 20. Tori Wheeler and Darcy Flahaven were in the top 20 for the girls’ varsity race, finishing fourth and 17th respectively.
The boys’ varsity race had two boys placing in the top 10 as Hunter Skeens and Titus Schelling finished in fourth and seventh while Kort McLaughlin came in 30th.
Britt Wheeler and Riley Marchant were the top two finishers for the girl’s junior high division and remaining close, placing sixth and ninth. Jordan Mouat (33rd) and Riley Banker (38th) also competed in the race.
Deklan Gill and Angel Villegas were the top two Bulldogs in the junior high boys’ race coming across the line in 14th and 17th place followed by Kyten Johnson (38th), Jager McLaughlin (54th) and Wyatt Flahaven (66th).
The runners will be competing in Gillette on Friday.
