SHS Cross Country takes on Rapid City

Sundance Cross Country competed in Rapid City this past week.

In the junior high division, Rylie Marchant was the first to cross the finishing line and hot on her tail was Brit Wheeler, with only two-tenths of a second separating the two. Jordan Mouat and Riley Banker rounded out the junior high girl’s race for the Bulldogs.

The junior high boys fared well with Angel Villegas leading the 7th grade Bulldogs with a time of 13:15, followed by Kyten Johnson (14:18), Jager McLaughlin (15:42) and Wyatt Flahaven (16:10). The 8th grade boy’s race saw lone Bulldog Deklan Gill finishing in 16th...
