The Hulett Chamber of Commerce met on June 4, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hitchin Post Café. Present were Kim Somervold, Melissa Bears, Cindee Vitto, Catharine Cardarelli, Lily Altaffer, Loretto Pruess, Julianna Byrd and Bunny.
Meeting was brought to order by President Cindee Vitto. Motion was made to approve the minutes, Bears/Cardarelli, mc.
Financial were given by treasurer Cardarelli. There was $5,805.24 in checking with a bill to Sagebrush for $1,400.

Old Business: Rodeo parade was discussed. Bears outlined the process and they will meet on Thursday at 4 p.m. to line up the parade entries on paper.

Motion was made by Somervold to postpone this event for 1 year, Altaffer seconded motion carried. This will be discussed further at the next meeting.

New Business: Vitto picked up a coloring book at the stateline and thinks Hulett needs one. The publisher of the book will be contacted.
Vitto also stated she visited with a Black Hills Badlands and Lakes representative and she thinks it would be beneficial to join this organization. The chamber used to belong to this many several years ago. On July 2 with a time to be determined the chamber will meet with the representative.
