Rodgers sentenced in Federal District Court

According to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office, Gabriel Rodgers of Sundance, age 19, has been sentenced for possession of stolen firearms and conspiracy to distribute LSD and marijuana.

Rodgers was arrested in Casper. He was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson to 44 months of imprisonment followed by 36 months of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $27,115.57.

The case was investigated by Gillette Police Department, Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the ATF.
