Chairman, Roger Connett called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission April 8, 2019 at 7:01 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Vice-Chairman, Darryl Baker made a motion to accept the agenda; Mary Yemington seconded, the motion carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any additions or corrections to the February meeting minutes. Vice-Chairman, Darryl Baker made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held February 11, 2019 as written; Mary Yemington seconded, the motion which carried.

New Business

Chairman, Roger Connett opened discussion concerning amendments to the subdivision regulations. The Commission members held discussion, reviewed and accepted suggested changes to the Minor Subdivision Regulation. Staff will finish formatting the document and send it out to the members for final review.

Adjourned

Vice-Chairman, Darryl Baker made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Cody Galloway seconded, the motion carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 9:26 p.m.
