There was no rest for the weary as Sundance was back on the road and headed to Lusk on Saturday morning. Looking to turn things around, the Bulldogs came ready to play.

Trailing by eight points, 16-24 going into the half, the Bulldogs came out determined to score. Madison Gill and Sherry Negaard were both able to put up double digits scoring a combined total of 32 points for the Bulldogs.

Negaard sunk a floater as the buzzer rang in the fourth quarter and the game went into overtime with a score of 39-39.

"We were able to handle the press Lusk put on us and get a decent amount of turnovers pressing them," Bulldog coach Joni Ellsbury stated.

The only points the Bulldogs would score in overtime came from the free throw line as Gill made both her shots. Lusk, on the other hand, was able to put up seven more points, taking the 46-41 victory.
