A: If you’re an artist with a passion for wildlife, we want you to submit your best original Colorado River Cutthroat Trout depiction to the 2020 Conservation Stamp Art show. The rulebook is online now, and you can begin sending your pieces Jan. 2, 2019 to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department Headquarters. With the art, you must submit an entry form and a $30 non-refundable fee.
