    Crook County School District #1 has announced its policy for free and reduced-price meals for children unable to pay the full price of meals served under the National School Lunch Program, and/or School Breakfast Program.     The school year begins anew next week and the students of Sundance Elementary School will be in the capable hands of a new head teacher. Robert Wiegel will be joining the campus as the new principal for SES. "I was born in Wyoming, but spent the majority of my life living in Nebraska.     SHS Class of 1973 will be holding their 50th class reunion on Aug. 18-19 at the library meeting room. It will kick off with a meet and greet at 5 p.m. on Fri., Aug. 18. Saturday will continue with a tour of Old Stoney, a picnic luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at the library meeting room and participation in Old Stoney’s 100th anniversary activities.
