50 Years Ago, Dec. 9, 1971 - Christmas lights have been shining through the frost crystals this week in the Sundance business district following the completion of the annual erection of Christmas street decorations. Crews of Tri-County Electric Association finished erecting the decorations in foggy crisp weather Monday.
