Two local men perished during a search and rescue effort at Keyhole State Park that began on Thursday and continued until dusk on Sunday. Bruce Lang, 68, and Jason Otto, 48, both tragically lost their lives while attempting to rescue a stranded recreationist who had fallen through the ice. Eric Orval Huseby, 88 was born July 28, 1934 to Louis and Muriel Huseby on the Huseby Ranch. Eric passed away on December 13, 2022. Eric attended the country school here on the place through the eighth grade. Eric worked with his dad on the ranch and in the timber industry.
