    Proclamation of Election for Vista West Improvement District On March 21, 2022, there shall be an election held for one (1) Board Seat of the Vista West Improvement District by mail ballot for a four-year term.     The Northeast District Wyoming High School Honor Choir and Band performed in Buffalo on November 19 and 20.     Black Hills National Forest officials are asking for public comments on the proposed Woods Timber Stand Improvement Project, located in the western Bear Lodge Mountains. The project will include thinning of certain pine stands to improve growth of remaining trees, diversify habitat and reduce fire hazard. Pine of all sizes would be thinned.
