Bibs, smiles and a big heart was Larry Lee Fowlkes, 65, of Mona, Wyoming. He passed away in the comfort of his own home on November 18, 2022. Larry was born on October 19, 1957, in Casper, Wyoming, to Robert Lee Fowlkes and Wilfreda Bunny-Fowlkes-Livingston. Larry was the oldest of three children. George Champ Steele, age 70, died in the arms of his wife on November 12, 2022 in Gillette, Wyoming, after a courageous battle with cancer. George was born December 16, 1951 to Edwin and Edna Steele in Sundance, Wyoming. He graduated from Sundance High School in 1971. He is affectionately known as Champ to many friends across the state. David Allen Reynolds passed away peacefully in his sleep November 3, 2022. Dave was born November 25, 1930 at Hemingford, Nebraska, to Albert Charles and Grace (Watson) Reynolds. The family moved to Moorcroft, Wyoming, when he was seven years old and after leasing many places they bought what became the Circle C Ranch north of Moorcroft. In the space of a year, Crook County has added almost 100 jobs to its economy, a 3.5% increase in employment opportunity, according to figures released by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services in its quarterly census of employment. The data spans the second quarter of 2021 to the second quarter of 2022 and shows that, during those 12 months, the total number of jobs rose by 91, much of it within private industry.
