    On the instruction of Governor Mark Gordon, the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office has filed a civil case with District Court that could see County Treasurer Mary Kuhl removed from office. The petition, signed by Wyoming Attorney General Bridget Hill on behalf of the State of Wyoming, cites the felony and misdemeanor charges that are pending against Kuhl and also accuses her of theft from the Crook County Treasurer’s Office vault.     A Montana man was arrested near Sundance last week after a high-speed chase that involved the theft of three separate vehicles, one of which he allegedly used to crash into a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper's vehicle and another that was involved in a serious crash in Campbell County.     Marty Smith has been sentenced for a second time on charges that she was criminally involved in the death of local man Doug Haar in 2018. The remainder of her sentence will be suspended pending successful completion of a year of unsupervised probation with Smith to be issued an alcohol monitoring device for the duration.     David Gray of South Dakota has been charged with multiple drug-related felonies after marijuana and TCH was found in his vehicle when it crashed into the Stateline Station in Beulah.
