NE Districts – Newcastle The seventh grade girls from Sundance took first at Districts last week in Newcastle. The eighth grade boys placed second, only 11 points behind the much larger team from Upton. The Sundance golf team participated in two invites this past week as they travelled to Torrington and Upton. They also played Devils Tower last Tuesday. Sheridan Schubarth was a second place finisher for the Lady Bulldogs at the Lusk Invite, which was held in Torrington. She finished with a score of 95, just behind rival Brooklyn Materi from Upton. Parker Speidel was a 5th place finisher on the boys side in Torrington, with a score of 111, followed closely by teammates Dawson Flahaven and Peyton Ewing, who each scored 113. Sundance competed...
